{"id":1883,"date":"2013-10-11T09:43:16","date_gmt":"2013-10-11T08:43:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mattijsdiepraam.nl\/?p=1883"},"modified":"2019-01-21T17:49:36","modified_gmt":"2019-01-21T16:49:36","slug":"duurzaam-communiceren-antwerpen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mattijsdiepraam.nl\/index.php\/2013\/10\/11\/duurzaam-communiceren-antwerpen\/","title":{"rendered":"Duurzaam communiceren in Antwerpen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gisteren sprak ik samen met mijn partner in crime <a href=\"http:\/\/www.klachtenmakelaar.nl\">Jitse Knoop<\/a> op het congres <a href=\"http:\/\/www.duurzaamcommuniceren.be\">Duurzaam communiceren &#8211; communiceren over duurzaamheid<\/a> in Antwerpen. We vertelden er wat in onze ogen duurzaam communiceren is, want duurzame communicatie wordt vaak gelijkgeschakeld met groene communicatie of MVO-communicatie. Maar dat is communiceren \u00f3ver duurzaamheid. De vraag waarop wij daar antwoord wilden geven: hoe maak je de communicatie z\u00e9lf duurzaam? Kort samengevat: door altijd helder, eerlijk en geloofwaardig te zijn, maar ook door de hele communicatiecyclus &#8211; van marketing tot klantenservice &#8211; als \u00e9\u00e9n geheel te beschouwen en de muren tussen afdelingen af te breken.<\/p>\n<p>Ons zeer onlangs in het leven geroepen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.duurzaamcommuniceren.org\">Platform voor Duurzaam Communiceren<\/a> beleefde daar feitelijk zijn debuut. Het was een mooie dag in Antwerpen, want we deden meteen veel inspiratie op. Het was namelijk verheugend om te merken dat niet alle sprekers communiceren \u00f3ver duurzaamheid als onderwerp van hun presentatie hadden, hoewel bijvoorbeeld de groene marketinggoeroe <a href=\"http:\/\/greenormal.blogspot.nl\/\">John Grant<\/a> daar een inspirerend verhaal over had. De communicatieadviezen van Geraldo Vallen over zijn prachtproject <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jointhepipe.org\">Join The Pipe<\/a> waren al even nuttig. Ook was het voor mij interessant om in de parallelsessie voorafgaand aan die van ons kennis te maken met de nieuwe G4-versie van GRI, aangezien ik nog wel eens duurzaamheidsjaarverslagen (her)schrijf of redigeer. Maar het energieke verhaal van <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marcstoiber.com\/\">Mark Stoiber<\/a> uit Canada over <em>future-proof brands<\/em> ging toch heel erg over het verduurzamen van je merkcommunicatie en je merkidentiteit. Ons verhaal lag duidelijk in het verlengde daarvan.<\/p>\n<p>Kortom, een mooi begin van ons platform, dat hopelijk binnenkort meer deelnemers mag verwelkomen. Er was in ieder geval al meteen belangstelling onder de aanwezige Nederlandse congresgangers. Sowieso was het bezoek aan Antwerpen de moeite waard. Niet alleen vanwege de tot in de puntjes geregelde dag, maar ook om te zien hoe delen van de stad compleet zijn getransformeerd. Nadat ik vele jaren Antwerpen alleen vanaf de Ring zag, op doorreis naar Engeland, was het een plezierige hernieuwde kennismaking.
