Amsterdam wil dit gebied de komende jaren omvormen tot duurzaam stedelijk gebied voor wonen, werken en ontspannen. Eind september maakte de gemeente haar nieuwe visie op het gebied bekend. In samenwerking met <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pleon.com\/locations\/europe\/the-netherlands.html\">Ketchum Pleon<\/a> en het gemeentelijke <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zuidoostlob.amsterdam.nl\/\">projectbureau Zuidoostlob<\/a> schreef ik de eerste <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mattijsdiepraam.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/nbr-amstel3-180909.pdf\">informatiekrant<\/a> voor eigenaren, gebruikers en omwonenden, waarin de visie wordt uitgelegd en belanghebbenden worden opgeroepen om mee te denken over de toekomst van het gebied. Daarnaast schreef ik de teksten voor de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amstel3.amsterdam.nl\/\">website<\/a> over Amstel III en de uitnodigingsbrieven voor de diverse inspraakbijeenkomsten.<\/p>\n<p>Voor <a title=\"Jager &amp; Neyndorff\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jagerneyndorff.nl\" target=\"_blank\">Jager &amp; Neyndorff<\/a>, in opdracht van Ketchum Pleon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amstel III is het Amsterdamse kantoren- en bedrijventerrein tussen ArenA en AMC.
