De\u00a0brochure <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mattijsdiepraam.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/bzk-volgendestap.pdf\"><em>De volgende stap, Loopbaanperspectieven bij de Rijksoverheid<\/em><\/a> laat ambtenaren uit de hogere echelons zien welke carri\u00e8remogelijkheden het Rijk allemaal biedt. Dat gebeurt aan de hand van gesprekken met tien rijksambtenaren, van jonge talenten tot directeuren, die aan de hand van een thema vertellen over de stappen in hun carri\u00e8re en de keuzes die zij daarin hebben gemaakt.
